	On January 10, 2012 Harout Dovlatyan dedicated this site to his brother, Ruben Dovlatyan. In a back-handed complement, Harout decided the site exists, at the time of this writing, for three purposes: (1) So that if, at some point in the future, Ruben wants to do something with the .com address he might have the ability to do so. (2) To broadcast the message that Ruben thinks he's smarter than Harout, but in fact he can neither compete with Harout's intelligence nor his wit.
